Jani Uusitalo establishes the company under the name Uudenmaan IV-asenus Oy in Finland. The company focuses on building ventilation solutions. Energy efficiency projects start with the introduction of EC fans to the market.
Jari Hagström and Jukka Holopainen join the company. The new strategic direction is to develop into a multi-service HVAC business.
Jari Hagström takes over as CEO of PURE Talotekniikka in 2023 and positions the company as an integrated building services solution supplier.
PURE AALTO SRL launched as spin-off to expand PURE's building energy efficiency solutions outside of Finland.
